What's Involved in a Replenishment System Audit?
Depending upon the scope and size of your operations we take several days of onsite time interviewing key employees (i.e. planners, receivers) and downloading inventory data (safety stocks, minimum order quantities).
Optimal safety stocks, and order quantities will be included in any final report.
These results are then added to the factual evidence obtained onsite, to create a final list of improvement recommendations.

When the recommendations from the process audit are implemented, they will result in improved levels of customer service and/or increased inventory turns. If these two measures don't show improvement after 2 months of completion, Performance Plus Consultants will refund 50% of the Process Audit fees (excluding travel expense).
