Depending upon the scope and size of your operations we take approximately 1-2 days of onsite time interviewing key employees (i.e. demand forecasters, brand managers, sales staff) and sampling forecast accuracy data for a variety of products.
The forecast accuracy of several skus will be independently verified.
The value-added forecast coefficient and several other performance diagnostics will be performed on a significant sample of key products.
Based upon all of the audit data obtained onsite, we formulate a list of improvement recommendations. Best practices research is utilized as a benchmark source during this analysis phase of the study.
When the recommendations from the process audit are implemented, they will result in an improved level of performance as measured by the forecast value added coefficient. If this measure does not improve within 2 months of implementation, Performance Plus Consultants will refund 50% of the Process Audit fees (excluding travel expense).
